Individuals with hearing impairments can become our customers by using the DestekBank Mobile application through remote identity verification. During the verification process, our customer representative will request a document proving your hearing impairment. We kindly ask you to present this document on screen so that our representative can see it. The representative will also take a photo of the document to provide you with the necessary support throughout the onboarding process.

Remote identity verification is essentially carried out directly with the prospective customer. However, if you prefer, another person may accompany you to assist in the process. In such a case, in accordance with regulatory requirements, the identity of the accompanying person must also be verified. Therefore, our representative will request their ID and obtain front and back images of the identification document.

If you believe that you may experience difficulties in completing the remote identity verification process, we can alternatively provide our digital courier service, whereby a courier will visit your address to finalize your customer onboarding.
